Magnetic Resonance ImagingMagnetic Resonance Imaging, or MRI, allows the visualization of internal body structures. MRI scans are indispensable for evaluating ligament, cartilage, and soft tissue injuries. The MRI is an "open" machine, and one of the few in the country that is located in a clinical office. In most cases, MRI scanning can be performed during the office visit for acute injuries. Digital processing makes the images instantly available for review, providing immediate diagnostic information. |
